Loyalist Fire Training Centre

For students attending courses at the Loyalist Township Fire Training Centre, we strive to ensure a safe and friendly learning environment.

All personnel protective equipment being used by students attending courses will be inspected to ensure that it meets an accepted standard.

No horseplay or unsafe acts will be tolerated. Any student participating in any unsafe act or horseplay will be asked to leave the site immediately.

Lunch is provided for all courses unless otherwise stated. As our meals are delivered to the site by an outside contract, we are unable to

address any special dietary needs.

Volunteer Module Instructions

Each Student is required to bring their own SCBA and 2 SCBA bottles. All equipment has to be up to date and be able to pass an equipment inspection.

Lunch is provided

Class starts at 08:00 sharp. Only student that have been accepted and are listed on the nominal role as received from the Ontario Fire College will be allowed to participate. Last minute substitutions are not allowed unless approved by the Ontario Fire College. Students whose name does not appear on the nominal role on day 1 cannot be allowed to participate.

Please provide your e mail address along with you application when you fax it in so we can keep everyone up to date on any changes that become necessary as the date approaches.

Departments will be invoiced 7 days prior to the start date of the course. Any cancellations have to be received prior to that date.

NOTICE

Each department is responsible for downloading and printing a copy of the pre course package for each student. Each student must bring their completed pre course package with them on the first day of the class. Pre course packages must be 100% complete when the student arrives for day 1.
